Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Investment Team and help us find and acquire the next high potential ecommerce brands in the Philippines and Australia. The objective will be to identify top target brands and to get the brand owners to engage in open discussions with Armada. We are looking for someone with an energetic personality, with enthusiasm for deal making and ecommerce, as well as experience in business development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the deal process and make the next deal happen
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data and experience
  • Manage the pipeline of target ecommerce brands
  • Drive lead generation and lead approach to line up the next acquisition deals
  • Research interesting brands, identify brand owners and get in touch to pitch
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Providing prompt and responses to all customers

Your Profile

  • At least 2-3 years experience in business development
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Extensive knowledge in Lead Generation or Lead Approach
  • Experience in funnel management and reporting
  • Knowledge in project management is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions
  • Very good English and excellent pronunciation
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
