Job Description
Process Ninjas is looking for a UI/UX designer to work with a gaming company that provides a no-code platform for creatives, and other individuals to make video games or other interactive content without needing deep tech skills or knowledge on how to code.
Your main responsibilities will be in helping the client design the front-end of their platform. We’re looking for creative thinkers who can help design in multiple platforms including Figma.
Experience working in the video game industry is a must!
This position may require work to be performed during business hours in the US, overnight in the Philippines.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality User Interfaces and User Experience Designs in line with our products and company vision
- Continuously evaluate user and stakeholder feedback to transform/ improve the overall user experience, usability, and accessibility
- Collaborate with UI Programmer and provide them with clear specifications
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of experience with browser and/or mobile games (both is a plus)
Experienced using Figma - Understanding of fundamental user experience concepts from a design perspective
- Experience working in an agile, remote, or hybrid workplace setting
- Confidence and experience to self-manage and self-motivate
- Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills
- True passion for making games
- Ability to think outside the box
- Goal-oriented mindset (focus when needed, explore when possible)
