As Account Executive, you will win new business for Talmore+ by identifying our clients’ challenges and convincing them of our solutions and products. You will handle contract negotiations and closings. Consequently you play an instrumental role in delivering on our ambitious growth targets.
- Take over sales/marketing qualified leads bring them to closing
- Act as the main contact person during the sales process and be the business card of Talmore+
- Strategize our Go To Market strategy and constantly find new ways to drive Talmore’s business forward
- Win new business through a variety of prospecting opportunities to ensure the growth of our customer portfolio
- You are ambitious, competitive, highly energetic and intrinsically motivated to solve challenges in a creative and entrepreneurial way, arousing the enthusiasm of the audience.
- You have excellent communication, selling and negotiation skills with an impressive track record (2+ years) in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS, RecruitmentTech, or Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- You are goal-oriented and have an analytical, KPI-driven mindset.
- Your technical affinity, quick comprehension and convincing presentation skills make you a competent and trustworthy partner of our prospects and customers.
- You can work smoothly with Google Worksuite and CRM tools like Close or Salesforce.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- You have already got some experience in managing and coaching sales reps and scaled a business from €1.0 Mio. to €10+ Mio. in revenue
- Experience in working in an international / intercultural context
- European and/or Asian language skills
