Job Description
For one of our clients, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer who is comfortable with high-volume, short-scripted calls, booking demo calls, conducting product presentations/demonstrations, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct effective demo calls/product presentations
- Effectively comprehends customer needs and responds appropriately
- Conduct high-volume, short-scripted calls back-to-back
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the products
- Schedule demo calls/appointments
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities
- Use various outreach methods, including cold calling, and email to engage with prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop strategies
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in sales, cold calling, BPO, or customer-facing roles
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a high proficiency in English.
- Ability to conduct effective demo calls: Demonstrates a deep understanding of the products, comprehends customer needs, and responds appropriately
- Confident in handling high-volume calls with short, pre-defined scripts.
- Willingness to work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. UK time.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, adapting seamlessly to changing priorities and workloads.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exhibit strong organizational abilities and an acute attention to detail in all tasks.
