Our client, a tranquil columbarium in Cebu known for its dignified memorial services set amidst beautiful landscaping, is in search of a results-driven Operations Manager/Chief of Staff to guarantee the seamless daily functioning of the company.
Your Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Collaborate with senior managers to effectively oversee daily operations.
- Employee Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with all employees to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development of new operational strategies by collaborating with the CEO and other executives on special projects.
- Executive Support: Provide essential support to executives to ensure the successful achievement of company goals and initiatives.
Your Profile
- Process-Oriented Experience: Proficient in working within process-driven organizations.
- Mandatory Operations Background: A background in operations is essential.
- Extensive Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership skills with several years of experience.
- Efficiency and Versatility: Able to efficiently and effectively handle a variety of tasks.
- Strategic Planning Expertise: Proven experience in leading and planning strategic initiatives.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills in Cebuano (Cana) and English.
- Willingness to Relocate: Must be willing to relocate and live in Cebu.
