Job Description

We are in search of a dynamic and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across multiple facets of our client's business, encompassing communication, administration, project management, and enhancing overall client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining a high level of trust and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communication on behalf of the employer.
  • Assist in personal errands, both professional and personal, to enhance productivity.

Your Profile

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting high-level executives or individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in Cebuano, Tagalog, and English.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and willing to travel domestically.
