Job Description
As Sales Development Representative, you will approach customers first, identify their problems and convince them of our solutions and products. Consequently you play an instrumental role in building a strong pipeline and thus enabling our sales team to deliver on our ambitious growth targets.
Your Responsibilities
- Win new business through a variety of prospecting opportunities to ensure the growth of our customer portfolio
- Support our Account Executives and Founders in maturing leads and the overall customer pipeline
- Act as the first contact person and the business card of Talmore+
- Strategize our Go To Market strategy and constantly find new ways to drive Talmore’s business forward
Your Profile
Must-haves:
- 1+ year experience in the RecruitmentTech / Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Industry - preferably from a customer facing role
- You feel comfortable in customer meetings
- You are able to captivate people through outstanding communication skills
- An analytical mindset and have the drive to continuously improve and develop yourself
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong desire to start a sales career
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in working in an international / intercultural context
- European and/or Asian language skills
