Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our ambitious and fast-growing team You will be sourcing candidates for our global client base and vacancies and develop your recruiting skills and strengthen your experience in working with international clients from various industries in a friendly and empowering environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates on LinkedIn and other professional networks using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Communicate independently with both international candidates and international clients.
  • Candidate Engagement: Create and maintain positive candidate experiences by effectively communicating the company's values, culture, and opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain our candidate databases (via our Applicant Tracking System)

Your Profile

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in working with international clients as a Talent Sourcer, Active Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar role in the recruiting industry.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools/techniques (e.g. Boolean search), and other relevant technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions in a competitive talent market.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
