Job Description

As a Team Lead, you will be in close touch with our clients, gathering their requirements and enabling them to get the most out of our services. Together with our clients, you will define the search strategy, candidate archetypes, and the respective hunting grounds. You will manage, instruct and monitor the results of our Talent Scouts in order to find the best candidates for our clients. Your quality of work and communication skills will develop sustainable customer relationships and ensure the satisfaction of our clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define talent search strategies, candidate archetypes, and hunting grounds
  • Manage, train and develop our Talent Scouts
  • Monitor the teams’ overall performance and motivate them to reach our goals
  • Take over ownership & responsibility of search results and implement corrective actions where necessary
  • Work closely with our clients to help them leverage our recruiting solution to the maximum effect and ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Lead workshops and weekly calls with our clients to take off requirements and discuss results
  • Daily quality check and KPI/SLA review

Your Profile

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Active Sourcer, Talent Sourcer or in a similar role in the recruiting industry as a sourcer
  • 2+ years of experience in working with international clients
  • 2+ years of exp as a leader in an RPO or In-house setting
  • Strong exp in QA for candidate idents
  • Strong communication skills, ability to engage and fascinate people
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself

Nice-to-haves:

  • University degree in majors such as Business, Human Resources, Communication, Political Science, or similar
  • You are tech-savvy and can easily handle the use of different software tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with IT/Tech recruitment (tech stacks, programming languages, tools, etc.)
