Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to manage customer queries and complaints, as well as make sure the clients storefront and catalogue is updated all the time. To excel in this role, you must also escalate opportunities to improve the customer experience & business process regarding Customer Service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Owning the customer experience for customers converting through the channel
  • Answering customer inquiries in a timely manner through various channels
  • Documenting customer feedback & coordinating with the internal teams on customer feedback to improve the overall service
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service & content process.
  • Ad-hoc updates may include: updating the catalogue of existing clients including product descriptions & pictures; updating the merchant storefront based on clients request

Your Profile

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Personal laptop and comfortable using computers
  • Experience working with customer support
  • Experience with excel
