We are hiring a Brand Manager who will support our marketing team with the goal of improving our clients brand equity & maximizing revenue from organic & earned marketing efforts.

The ideal Brand Manager is the brand guardian for multiple brands under The Troops portfolio of D2C brands. This role requires an ability to be resourceful, think out of the box from traditional ways of marketing, and a passion for problem solving. Brand strategy, product research, competitive analysis, campaign management, community building, customer acquisition all sit under the Brand Manager’s broad umbrella of responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong strategic thinking skills, creative marketing skills, excellent stakeholder and project management skills.

You will work closely with the marketing team, co-founders and clients to plan, manage and optimize marketing campaigns.

You should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and marketing trends. You should have excellent communication & creative skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, your goal is to gradually achieve higher organic growth on a brand level that will drive sustainable revenue for our clients.


Brand Manager

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing eCommerce brands, and in branding and/or marketing of brands.

Abstractly creative; including excellent copywriting skills

Ability to influence others by maintaining open channels of communication, fostering teamwork, and building relationships with cross-functional teams

Ability to understand complex issues from various sources, while finding simple solutions

Effective planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, negotiate, and problem solve

Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and quickly adapt to changes in priorities

Comfortable in working in a complex, ambiguous, ever-changing environment

Paid Media Experience (Facebook, Google, etc)


Plan / execute multiple brand launches and manage cross functional team to identify product market fit for brands

Full ownership of a brand and serve as the primary point of contact (project manager) and escalation for integration activities between all departments (marketing, creatives & operations stakeholders), and initiate, collect and execute quarterly brand initiatives and strategies.

Supporting clients & co-founders in developing strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products including: price optimisation, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative, changing package dimensions, subscribe and save, removing unprofitable products and more.

Proactively catch issues before they are problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape etc).

Coordinate with our customer service team to ensure we are providing a world class customer experience for your product portfolio.

Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability across the relevant internal teams involved in all the campaigns/projects of each individual brand under The Troops portfolio

Day-to-day tasks include setting up & monitoring the campaign calendar, creating and improving branding guidelines, coordinating kick off & follow up meetings and analyzing past performance of campaigns.



We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to manage customer queries and complaints, as well as make sure the clients storefront and catalogue is updated all the time. To excel in this role, you must also escalate opportunities to improve the customer experience & business process regarding Customer Service.

Customer Support Associate

We are hiring a Communications Specialist who will support all our Email Marketing (via Klaviyo) & Social Marketing (ManyChat) accounts.

You will be responsible for creating email & chat flows including gifts and images, map-out and brainstorming campaigns, good copywriting skills, and analyzing KPIs. You will work closely with the Co-Founders to implement all the promotional campaigns.

You will support our clients image in keeping social & email accounts updated and brand-focused, and seek out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.

You should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media and marketing trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, your goal is to gradually achieve superior email open rates, engagement and intimacy, high converting funnels and revenue growth strategically by taking advantage of all aspects of the social & email marketing roadmap.

Communications Specialist (Manychat & Klaviyo)

1-2 years experience with either Klaviyo or ManyChat (experience with both is a big plus)

Hands-on experience in creating flows and campaigns, and 3rd party integrations such as google sheet, Shopify, zapier etc

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and gif)

Live Chat: Answering live chats and inquiries is required with a goal to drive build deeper relationships with customers, and ultimately drive revenue

We are hiring a Communications Specialist who will support our paid media campaigns with the goal of maximizing overall Return on Ad Spend.

The ideal Paid Media Specialist candidate will have at least two years of experience in Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC), strong written and verbal communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Lazada Ads, Shopee Ads & more

You will be responsible for managing ad campaigns across different channels including budget allocation, brainstorming ideas, assessing the relevant ad channels per brand and analyzing KPIs. You will work closely with the Co-Founders to identify channels with the highest Return On Ad Spend and allocate budgets accordingly.

You should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and marketing trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

360 Paid Media Specialist (Facebook, Google & More)

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Design, Execute, and Maintain ROAS-Focused Pay Per Click & Paid Social campaigns

Continually optimize PPC & Paid Social campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.

Write compelling Ad copy with a focus on driving conversions

Optimize existing PPC campaigns for new clients

Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance

Compile monthly PPC & Paid Social Reports for our clients with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance

Recommend and consult clients and marketing team any new content or landing pages that should be created in order to promote higher campaign performance

Set up Conversion Tracking & Retargeting Pixels

Conduct in-depth competitive analysis within our clients’ locations and industries

To support our plans for expansion in 2021 and beyond we are searching for a Key Account Manager to focus on growing and maintaining our clients sales on various marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada.

We are looking for a highly motivated change agent who can collaborate with the Co-Founders to build and maintain client relationships, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver that will turn any challenge into an opportunity and is comfortable moving several pieces at once. The individual should also be adaptable to new technology and can think holistically to update our business workflows for internal teams as we scale the business, especially in terms of Sales & Marketing Optimization and Customer Service. You should also be analytical enough to validate results of your tests and act on them. Previous experience in a marketplace such as Lazada or Shopee is also a big benefit. The role has endless opportunities for growth as we are an early stage start-up, and believe in rewarding our team based on performance.

Key Account Manager

Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a business-related field

2+ years of work experience required in account management or business development in an e-commerce environment, preferably with Shopee, Lazada or an e-commerce enabler

1 year of experience in managing vendor relationships required

1 year of experience in managing cross-functional projects required

1 year of experience in managing business processes required

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Highly organized with excellent time management skills
