Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be in close touch with our clients, gathering their requirements and enabling them to get the most out of our services. You will be the link between our tech/design team and the client developing sustainable customer relationships ensuring retention as well as new business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our clients to help them leverage our recruiting solution to the maximum effect and ensuring the best possible customer experience
  • Gather requirements, understand client needs and translate them into actions
  • Provide technical support
  • Assist clients with job description optimization
  • Establish best practices, analyze and adjust processes, if needed
  • Coordinate with our design team to create engaging job ads

Your Profile

Must-haves:

  • Strong communication skills, ability to engage and fascinate people
  • High proficiency in English
  • Tech-savviness

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in recruitment
  • Performance Marketing background/experience
  • Experience working in a SaaS company
  • Experience in a Customer Success / Customer Support role
  • Sales experience
